Paul Wycherley of the Birdwatching & Natural History Group spotted these Wheatears on a recent outing. Looking somewhat like (the more familiar ) Nuthatches and well camouflaged among the shoreline rocks, they are amongst our earliest Summer visitors and had probably just arrived before heading inland.
